Membership dues are as follows:
- Regular Adult: $120/year; $70/six months
- Junior (under 18): $100/year; $60/six months
- Senior Adult (65+): $100/year; $60/six months
- Family (parents and children in a single household): $125/year; $70/six months
Members are entitled to discounts on tournament entry fees, lectures, participation in our Grand Prix (estimated $1,500 in prize money), access to our library, and use of the facilities 7-days per week, and access to members-only events.
By being a member of the International Chess Institute, you are supporting various charities, philanthropic endeavors, and chess education within your local community. We are more than a chess club we are community of chess enthusiast who share a love for chess. The ICI has donated over 2,000 chess sets, provided complimentary chess instruction to some of the poorest communities in the United States, help save lives by providing food for the homeless and disenfranchised.
We want to make the world a better place. Through chess we realize that every move we make has consequences, as in life every decision has an effect.
