Entry Fee: 

$10 each player, $20 per team if received by 6/10: Super-Advance Entry
$15 each, $30 per team if entry received by 6/16: Advance Entry

$20 each, $40 per team at site.

Registration - Onsite: 

9:00AM to 9:30AM. Entries after 9:45 AM will receive 1/2-point bye or be paired if possible.
